The Lee Organization Appoints Catherine Endicott Brandt Chief People Officer

The Lee Organization, LLC today announced the appointment of Catherine Endicott Brandt as Chief People Officer, effective July 1, 2026.
Brandt has spent her career in people and culture leadership, including guiding organizations through mergers, workforce reductions, and periods of rapid growth. She will lead talent, culture, and organizational development.
"We have spent a year hiring senior leaders, and the next phase is about everyone else who will build The Organization with us," said Whitmore. "Catherine has seen what fast growth does to a culture and knows how to get ahead of it. She was my first call for this role."
